Trotz zu spät kommen wurden wir mit toller Motivation aufgenommen und die Regeln wurden klar und informationsreich weitergegeben. Das Spiel war sehr lustig und unser Spielleiter (Jonathan) hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, die nicht gleich das Rätsel aufgelöst haben aber uns in die richtige Richtung geschoben haben. As soon as we stepped in the game masters Jonathan and Madalyn(hope I spelled it right) greeted us nicely and introduced us to the rules and the story. Both were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with a hint that we needed. And the escape room itself was filled with different puzzles.

Both were a great time and this latest one was a blast 🤗 very cool puzzles and we truly felt like Juniour Detectives solving this case and trying to save the author - it was truly a great experience that I would strongly recommend to try 🤗

Der Raum "der Alchemist" ist für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene sehr zu empfehlen.Man wurde herzlich empfangen und die Einführung war motivierend und sympathisch. Ich bin mir leider nicht mehr sicher, bei dem Namen des netten Herrns, jedoch vielen Dank für dieses tolle Escape Room Erlebnis. Und genug Parkplätze vor der Tür - perfekt!

Escape Mission is located about 2 walking minutes from the streetcar stop “Radetzky Platz” (line 0,1).
The closest subway station is Landstraße – Wien Mitte (U3, U4), from there it takes 10 minutes on foot. Parking is usually available on site as well. Please note the short term parking zone.
The famous Hundertwasserhaus and the Kunsthaus Wien are also in the immediate vicinity.

Our Escape Room in Vienna contains tricky puzzles and codes and is designed for adults. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that players must be at least 14 years old if they are not accompanied by an adult.
To ensure a smooth game flow, we ask you and your team to be on site 10 minutes before the booked game time. Please try not to arrive too early or too late. We want to give all teams the best possible Escape Room experience and this only works if the schedule can be kept. You will receive a short briefing from one of our staff members before the game starts with all the necessary information about the game. Important: You are not really locked in at any time and you can leave the Escape Room at any time. You do not play with strangers in a group. You play only with your own team.
It can sometimes happen that your confirmation mail ends up in your SPAM ORDNER. Please check the SPAM folder also on the page of the used email provider in your browser. (For example after logging in on : www.gmx.at) . At the end of the booking process you can select your desired payment method. You can choose whether you want to pay on site in CASH or in advance online with VISA, MASTERCARD, EPS- Banktransfer or PAYPAL.
Of course, this is not a problem. Should the exact number of players change before the game begins, the difference will simply be settled on site. If you have an Escape Room voucher, this also applies.
Please note: It is not possible to book two of our Escape Rooms in Vienna at the same time and then only play one room. In this case, one of the rooms must be canceled in due time.

Absolutely. Our Escape Room in Vienna is an excellent way to test a range of skills (both technical and social). Stress resistance can also be observed very well. Different skills and leadership qualities quickly stand out in our Escape Room situations.
