Going on over 10 years now, I have taken my own time to research and document findings about the revaluation and reinstatement of the Iraqi dinar. At this time more than ever I do not need to be doing this. I do it out of charity and love with understanding that all of us do NOT have the time to go do our own research. We are busy with our jobs, our daily lives and raising our children. So, I try to help out. But remember I too am very busy in my daily life too. I am no different, yet I take the time out each day to complete the task of research and composing my newsletter for you. This Newsletter will not survive without your ongoing support. There are more than 20,000 followers and readers on my blog. Why do the same handful only help out? Do the rest not want or care about the news I bring?

I feel we have been in a critical period of the currency reform program since January of last year 2023. Now we are in a “vital” period.  Like a game of chess, we are now in a waiting mode for the Central Bank to make their next move and rollout the second-rate change in-country to just over a dollar, that we were told is coming. Since they told us they now control the parallel “black” market, and that negotiations were successful in lifting sanctions on many Iraqi banks.

STATUS OF THE RV

I need to begin today’s news with a comment to some of my readers to stop bringing this bullsh*t of “White Hats”, NESARA or GESARA to my blog. I already covered how I feel about these issues. If you want to vent, please go back to the idiots who told you about this crap and challenge them.

I also want to clarify yet more bogus information being passed out by many of these intel gurus mainly this idiot from TNT, yet its TNT Tony striking the iron with his stupid three letter agency and bank garbage once again. I already talked about this garbage intel in a past newsletter but I will address it briefly again. Yes, it’s for all you idiot TNT fans that come to my blog hoping to get the TRUTH. But Tony says and I quote “its better to be wrong everyday than to be right only once”. This to me does not make any sense and he misses the entire point of collecting and sharing information about this investment in the dinar. It is not a guessing game. It does not have to be highly speculative. Really, there is so much information about the monetary reforms Iraq is now going through. There is “their words” not mine and we don’t have to make up banks stories, three letter contacts or these other ridiculous stories. The news can be factual but only if you dare to tell the TRUTH and not play head games with your listeners.

So, once again this week the TNT idiot told his listeners that there are back screens for trading the dinar and it went up to a rate of $6 this past weekend. Really? He said it was supposed to RV on Friday then it was Monday and still here we sit with no RV and its Thursday already again. But this idiot has been saying this for over 10 years now. You would think his listeners would question his sanity? Sounds like his is another Joe Biden to me… lol.. lol…. lol…. 😊

All you have to do is get your nose into my Articles Section of the Newsletter today to see that this guy Tony is lying about what was supposed to have taken place over the weekend. Listen to me! Read my lips all you TNT puppets. If any investor wanted to invest in the IQD, they can easily buy it off the internet which buys it from the Central Bank of Iraq for 1/6 of a penny at 1320 dinar per dollar. Why in hell would anyone go and pay anymore than the official rate? It is all lies. Get it?

This guy Tony is a grownup man and can’t even determine lies when they are told to him never mind have enough discernment to figure out not to pass it on. These idiots passing him information (and I know who they are) have him so convinced they are real and have real information to give him. This is very sad. This is one of the reasons in the first place I created my blog as someone, anyone needs to come to their senses and use some common sense in this investment. All these lies have gotten way out of line and have to stop. But they won’t as long as you have gullible idiots who are willing to listen to it, believe it and not challenge it to their faces. Why don’t any of you TNT followers challenge the lies?

So, what is the FACTUAL news for Iraq this period?

In talking to my CBI contact over the weekend you think she would have told me about the supposed RV rollout, if in fact there was one, as Tony described on his latest? So, it did not happen and so relax everyone. Next, I was also told that the educational program set up has not yet begun. It will coincide with the currency swap of the larger 3 zero notes for the newer lower denominations. I was told to be careful of the lies coming out about the financial reforms and how the CBI is handling it. Again, I was told there is a master plan they are following to get to the reinstatement in spite of the efforts by the Biden administration not to allow this occur under his current administration. The point that was made to me once again is that the IQD should already be reinstated if nothing else to what it was prior to 1990, then to let it float and the market will drive it like any other foreign currency that is traded. By not letting it go, the longer this is extended the more money that is stolen from Iraq which is not almost $4 trillion US dollars since 2003. Is there a conspiracy going on here?

I then read some of the articles to my contact from the recent Iraqi news channels and she told me that many of the politicians in parliament and many economists do not understand the economy clearly and how it works with the dollar. I was told the dollar will always exists in Iraq just like it does in many other countries. But what Iraq really needs is to use the dinar for trade and have it widely accepted. This can not and will not happen unless the dinar is traded on FOREX.

I then asked my CBI contact to explain just what the “comprehensive system banking system” was and how it is being activated. She explained to me it is the 3^rd phase of the strategic monetary reform plan and is now being implemented. The plan will merger some of the government run banks. There is a new set of regulations for the handling of selling the dollar and dinar from private exchangers. It also is about implementing electronic banking throughout Iraq, includes the wide use of ATMs, bank accounts and use of debit cards. The plan also called for the project to delete the zeros to facilitate the cash flow to the banks from personal stashes. But that the US Treasury has not yet given the green light to begin this part and this is beginning to cause issues. Meanwhile the CBI is progressing in what parts of the plan it can accomplish. I was told that this has been a common theme when working with the US Treasury. They work through plans with the Central Bank, then when it comes time to execute the plan, they are not timely in following the plan, which in the long-term causes yet more delays and issues.

What else is in the news?

If you read the article titled “FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE IRAQI STATE’S NON-OIL REVENUES RECORD AN INCREASE OF 11%” in todays news, you can clearly see that in another article and others but especially in the one titled “PARLIAMENTARY EFFORT TO QUESTION THE CENTRAL BANK: COSTS IRAQ TRILLIONS AND THREATENS THE ECONOMY” that the member of the Legal Committee, Raed Al-Maliki in his 5 points of accusations about the performance of the CBI are not correct.

Go read his 5 points in the article. We can all clearly see the progress that has been made in each of these areas. We read the news on these and great strides have been made on each. We know better than to talk like this. Articles like this one are not fare and obstruct all the progress made by the Al-Sudani government. Oh…could these be Iranian supporters and want things to stay status quo? Raed Al-Maliki also does not understand is that the GOI must work hand-in-hand with the CBI. So, if progress is slow, it is the fault of both entities. Instead, he should go do his homework and talk about the successes for a change instead all the negativity and false claims. Maybe he also could come up with viable solutions instead of just negativity. He could have written this article a couple years ago and it would be true but not now.

As we read in my Newsletters many weeks ago, we read that the “spigot” had been opened by many of the international organizations now in favor of Iraq and told us it was now SECURE and STABLE. Two key concepts. Folks, this was a signal for foreign investors to come pouring in. Remember this newsletter? Go back and read it. This pre-dated mid-June. And so what was supposed to happen in mid-June? So, you see we have a situation in that the international community is supporting Iraq and the CBI in its monetary and economic reforms to rebuild Iraq and turn it into the economic giant that is its ultimate destiny, but the powers in the US government does want it to happen unless they can get a huge slice of the pie. Call it Blackmail if you want. But this pie can’t be even be baked unless the US cooperates in the overall plan to rebuild with Iraq. Get it? A plan that they agreed to. Again what comes first the Chicken or the Egg?

So, we can all now see the blatant disorganization and mess of the Biden administration as it deals with the world and now, we see it in Iraq. Now we have a clearer understanding as to why the dinar has not yet been reinstated preceded by the Project to Delete the Zeros. After watching the 6/27 debate on live TV, we can clearly see the lack of mental ability to lead and make sound foreign policy. Who is setting policy then? Oh… could it be Obama with the microphone in his ear. Oh… isn’t its Obama’s plan they are now following for Iraq? This is why Iraq cannot move ahead at the pace it needs to move, at this point in time.

He added and I quote – “America stands as a stumbling block in the way of the growth of the Iraqi economy,” noting that “what Iraq has reached is due to American interference in internal affairs.”

Yasser Al-Husseini continued and I quote from the article to prove my point even more, “America does not want Iraq to be at the forefront of economically developed countries.” We read a similar report from the CIA years ago on Iraq and it too said Iraq would be a detriment to peace in the region if it were allowed to progress. So go figure?

In reading what I just old you from my CBI contact and also what is backed up by the articles, there are no rumors or bullsh*t in what I am telling you today. I have been telling you this for years now that it was the Obama and how he sabotaged the Dr Shabibi plan to reinstate and now it is the Biden administration, through Obama that is holding back the next step in the currency reform as part of the overall strategy in “Pillars of Financial Reform”.

It should be crystal clear to everyone now why I have been saying this all along. Unless the Biden and the warped Obama careless policies towards Iraq are dealt with and overturned, or he is gone, or their influence is gone, we are most likely not going to see the reinstatement.

Don’t go off sad yet! 😊 But be careful as things could change on a dime and probably will change very soon. Those audio tapes requested by the house majority investigating the carelessness of the secured documents by Joe Biden will be turned over. We will all see what the democrats are hiding and it won’t be pretty. This will cause yet another avalanche towards the efforts to eliminate the Biden. Then as we roll into the few months ahead of the election, we may very well see the prophecy by Timothy Dixon play out to some extent. Watch video of the prophecy below. Folks, if it is true that all the good this transfer of wealth can accomplish, don’t you think the dark elements running wild in our society today could be influencing the minds of many of these dark, demonic politicians. It can hold back this blessing. Of course, and they don’t want it to happen for these reasons of bringing this coming period of prosperity and abundance.

In summary of the news today, I want to say that I hope all my readers can now understand why we can’t separate politics from the RV. Why I keep combining politics in my Newsletters and decided at a point to break it out and include an entire section on it. No, not just Iraqi politics but especially the US politics and the globalists and how they are influencing the forward progress of Iraq. Folks there are no secret plans to RV. Unless you can back up news from Iraq with FACTS writing down in articles or new media announcements it is only just rumors and did not occur as far as I am concerned. I have used this approach and it is sound approach to getting down to the TRUTH about this RV. Like it or not, it is the TRUTH! 😊

What can we investors do to help the RV situation?

We must now buckle down and pray and pray like never before for the success of Al-Sudani and his agreements with Washington are implemented. You do want the RV don’t you? Pray for Iraq and also the U.S. in that there are strong enough representatives in Congress and the Senate who will stand up and continue to fight to uphold the US Constitution and keep fighting this Washington corruption. Pray that that God’s Hand will intervene and save our great country. Remember you can say the Rosary daily or use the prayers and links I provided from the Auxilium Christianorum for your prayers. Of course there is also your own form of prayer too. Folks your prayers so far ARE WORKING and God has heard our cries. Just look at all the progress made just since December 2022 when Iraq announced they were finally entirely out of Chapter VII. And now in 2024 the spigot is wide open the final issues preventing the reinstatement are being dealt with one by one. Can you see it too. I am trying my best to help you see it. We don’t’ need this foolishness of this speculative crap or everyday / any day garbage intel confusing us. You think this is all just coincidental? God’s Hand is at work here. He has given Iraq his anointed leader Al-Sundani to help in his work. Even I have to sit back in amazement of what he has accomplished so far. Pray for him and all his success. All a good journalist had to do was go look at the visitors log of people coming and going from the Whitehouse to see that many doctors have been visiting the Whitehouse over the last 3.5 years. It is all public information. But my point is this – What the hell took these reporters so long to go look at the logs? The republicans in the House and Senate have been screaming about Biden lack of cognitive ability for years now.

I will tell you why. Because they all have been playing a game with Biden and covering up for him, but now the gig is over and the establishment wants to ditch him. This is the ONLY reason why this information about his health is now coming out so aggressively. This type of censorship is dangerous to our Republic and everyone was in on the conspiracy. Oh… you say conspiracy? Folks it could not get any clearer in the definition of conspiracy. Yet, the democrats are the party that they claim are all for preserving democracy, while they are the very instrument of erosions of it?

Remember also the multiple occurrences of the coverup of who owned the bag of cocaine found in the Whitehouse. Was it really found even in the situation room they first told us, than it quickly changed to the lobby. They even showed a “picture of the visitors locker with the cocaine in it. Really? This is far cry from the situation room. How did the cocaine get from the situation room to the locker in the lobby? Did it jump up and walk over on its own? Do you see the game being played here? We still have not gotten to the bottom of the truth of this either as it too was just covered up by the Secret Service as they lied to us about it. Did any journalist force the truth to come out on this one? What other goodies are hidden from us in the Biden days in office?

Good old Joe thought this interview could help him and show the audience and his potential voters (if there are any still remaining) that he is not as feeble, confused and cognitive disabled as he was in the debate with Trump on June 27th. But as we can see it backfired on him again as he cannot talk without notes or a teleprompter to tell him what to say.

Joe still refuses to leave the presidential race as the democrat candidate. He says three times “it will take an act of God” to get me out of the race.

Basically, it says they will begin the 25^th Amendment to throw him out forcefully but will not finish it before he dies suddenly. Then the real interesting part begins…. What will happen when Biden is gone from the race… oh he might be gone from this physical world.

Will the deep state actually murder Biden to get him out of the race for presidency? Short of him voluntarily leaving or getting the 25^th amendment, this may be the case. The prophecy does not say how he dies but unexpectedly, so it could just be a natural death. Heck, he looked half dead at the debate last Thursday….lol… Seems impossible you say? They will do ANYTHING to stay in power. Afterall Joe is old and fragile, it would look like a natural death.

Remember what the prophecy says – in the process of working through the 25th Amendment this will all happen. So, will the cabinet now push the Senate to go for the 25^th amendment? Will the pressure after this debate be so great by the public, they will have no choice? Then the prophecy begins…… Let’s watch this saga play out and see what happens.

I also want to note again I believe Biden must be gone prior to getting the RV. He is not going to release permission for Iraq to reinstate the dinar while he is in office. FOR THE FIRST TIME, THE IRAQI STATE’S NON-OIL REVENUES RECORD AN INCREASE OF 11%

The “Iraq Al-Mustaqbal” Foundation for Economic Studies and Consultations announced on Thursday that for the first time, the non-oil revenues of the Iraqi state recorded 11% of the total revenues, with oil revenues falling below the 90% barrier.

A report issued by the institution today stated that non-oil revenues for the first five months of the current year amounted to 6.24 trillion Iraqi dinars, while oil revenues for the same period of the current year amounted to 48.4 trillion Iraqi dinars.

According to the report, tax revenues on income and wealth increased by 118%, while revenues from commodity taxes and production fees increased by 285%.

The institution’s report indicated that fee revenues increased by 50%, while oil revenues increased by 6.4%.

The continued reliance of the Iraqi state on oil as the sole source of the general budget is a dangerous matter in the face of global crises that occur from time to time due to the impact of oil on them, which makes the country turn every time to cover the deficit through borrowing from abroad or domestically, which thus indicates the inability to manage the state’s funds effectively, and the inability to find alternative financing solutions.

ECONOMIC: THE AMBIGUITY OF THE CENTRAL BANK’S DEALINGS SERVES THE AMERICANS

Today, Wednesday, economic expert Mustafa Hantoush revealed the existence of ambiguity in the Central Bank’s dealings, behind which there are intentions that serve American interests.

Hantoush said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “The absence of weekly bulletins on the distribution of the dollar from the Central Bank has made the process of selling the dollar more ambiguous,” noting that “the ambiguity in the Central Bank’s recent dealings regarding the file of distributing the dollar.”

He continued, “The confusion in the work of the Central Bank enabled the American side to eliminate Iraqi banking by introducing foreign banks and granting them privileges in the country,” pointing out that “80% of the dollar is distributed to foreign banks operating in Iraq in a step called presenting banking work on a platter.” Who went to America and foreign banks?

It is noteworthy that the Central Bank authorized the work of three exchange companies inside airports, neglecting hundreds of companies in a decision that many considered a flop, which resulted in the decision increasing the US exchange rate against the Iraqi dinar to more than 150 thousand dinars .

THE CENTRAL BANK EXPLAINS THE REASONS FOR THE RISE IN DOLLAR PRICES

Today, Wednesday, a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Bankof Iraq, Ahmed Barihi, explained the reasons for the rise in dollar exchange rates in the local market.

Berihi said in a statement to the Maalouma Agency, “The issue of the rise in the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar in the local market is not related to the measures taken by the bank,but rather:

1.due to the American restrictions imposed on the Central Bank and related to the electronic platform.”

2.He added, “Another reason related to the rise in the exchange rate of the dollar is the connection to the electronic platform that controls the floating of the currency in the market where it is less than the demand. Therefore, the price of the dollar will be raised and the platform is controlled by the US Federal Reserve, which will cause a difference from the official price.”

During the past few days, the exchange rates of the dollar against the dinar recorded a noticeable increase in the stock market and banking shops in the capital, Baghdad, and the provinces.

During the current period, America has worked to destroy the Iraqi currency by imposing sanctions on private banks, and banning the dollar under many pretexts, which in one way or another led to a severe financial crisis in the local markets.

AL-SUDANI STAYED AWAKE UNTIL 2 AM.. THEN SLEPT COMFORTABLY AFTER THE DOLLAR MEETING

The “price shock” will not last

An informed source in the Central Bank reported that last night’s meeting between Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and representatives of exchange companies objecting to the new decisions regarding the travelers’ dollar amid a sudden rise in the exchange rate, led to the cancellation of the strike that was scheduled by these companies, in exchange for a promise from the government and the Central Bank to review the demands called for by the money changers. Meanwhile, one of the businessmen who attended the meeting confirmed that the talks continued until two in the morning, and then everyone left feeling less concerned about the expected financial fluctuations in the coming period:

There is a bigger issue related to the American position on the currency selling mechanism and the conditions and mechanisms of the sale. Therefore, the government and the Central Bank will not risk the dollar file for the sake of objections here or there. Some exchange companies want to get a share of the dollar to sell it directly to travelers, but the government and the Central Bank want to ensure that the dollar reaches the travelers who deserve it and that there are no manipulations that give the dollar to other parties that exploit the travelers’ share through these companies to obtain the dollar and exploit it in illegal trade

What happened yesterday was a direct reaction to the measures to restrict the granting of dollars to travelers at airports, as this step will harm a large group of speculators and beneficiaries of buying and selling dollars in unofficial ways.

This scenario occurred in conjunction with the implementation of similar procedures on previous occasions. The conclusion of the meeting that brought together Al-Sudani and representatives of some exchange companies led to the cancellation of the strike in exchange for a promise to consider the demands of these companies, provided that they work to adhere to the legal procedures for obtaining the dollar and selling it to the beneficiaries and accepting the specified profits and not seeking large profits through manipulation and selling the dollar at the local market price.

PARLIAMENTARY EFFORT TO QUESTION THE CENTRAL BANK: COSTS IRAQ TRILLIONS AND THREATENS THE ECONOMY

Member of the Legal Committee, Raed Al-Maliki, announced on Tuesday that he is seeking to hold the relevant authorities accountable, especially the Central Bank administration and the government, due to the failure of their procedures to address the crisis of the decline in the value of the Iraqi currency and the large gap between the official dollar exchange rate and the parallel rate.

Al-Maliki said, in a press statement received by Shafaq News Agency, that the continued failure of the Central Bank and the government to achieve stability of the dinar and reduce the gap between the two prices led to the waste of huge sums of money and exacerbated the suffering of citizens.

He pointed out that these conditions resulted in the state incurring trillions of dinars and enriching the corrupt at the expense of the people, as the prices of most goods depend on the parallel price, which is much higher than the official price.

1.Al-Maliki also pointed out that the failure of the government and the Central Bank to deal with the exchange rate crisis was embodied in several main aspects, the first of which is the government’s inability to determine Iraq’s position on countries banned from using the dollar, as it failed to reach an agreement with the United States on how to deal with Iran and Syria, while other countries were able to find formulas of understanding in this regard.

2.The “second failure,” according to Al-Maliki, is embodied in the government’s inability to control the ports and informal trade. It has failed to unify customs policy and prevent informal ports in the Kurdistan Region, which includes more than 32 informal ports.

3.The third failure, MP Al-Maliki says, is the failure to address the issue of small traders, whose number exceeds 400,000 traders in Iraq, who rely on the parallel dollar to avoid official procedures and taxes.

4.Regarding the fourth failure, the government and the Central Bank, according to Maliki’s statement, failed to address the problem of speculation and commissions in banks, as banks buy the dollar at the official price and sell it at higher prices without any legal accountability.

5.Finally, the fifth failure, according to the statement, is embodied in turning the file of providing travelers with dollars into a corruption case that cost 600 billion dinars, as dollars are collected for fictitious travel purposes without verifying the actual need for travel.

Al-Maliki added that these points represent the most prominent reasons for the continuation of the exchange rate crisis and the waste of money, pointing out that Arab and foreign banks have entered the currency auction and increased their profits at the expense of Iraq.

The MP stressed that he will use all constitutional, legal and popular means to confront this failure and mismanagement, calling on MPs from other blocs to support these efforts in order to protect the interests of the Iraqi people.

For his part, MP Majid Shankali called on the Council of Ministers to take decisive and bold decisions related to the financial reality in Iraq.

In a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, Shankali stressed the necessity that these decisions be preceded by the process of building trust between the citizen and the banking system, which is currently suffering from a significant lack of this trust.

In this context, Shankali called for banning dealing and trading in dollars in buying and selling operations, in a step aimed at enhancing the use of the Iraqi dinar and reducing dependence on foreign currency. He also called for not allowing citizens to hoard amounts exceeding ten thousand dollars or its equivalent outside banks, in order to limit financial evasion and enhance official banking practices.

Shankali also stressed the need to encourage and stimulate electronic dealing in financial transactions, pointing out the need to start implementing these decisions gradually to avoid creating new crises, stressing that these procedures must be well thought out and based on gradual steps to ensure achieving the desired financial goals without causing additional problems for citizens.
